Epiphany Cathedral School
Students at Epiphany Cathedral School (ECS) have a unique opportunity to participate in a theatre arts program in partnership with Venice Theatre. The multidisciplinary program is designed for students of all ability levels who would like the opportunity to experience the theatre arts.
It offers ECS students the chance to learn about how a theatre works and exposes them to everything from lighting and sound to acting and dance. The student experience culminates in a fully mounted performance on VT’s MainStage.
This year, students performed Rodger & Hammerstein’s Cinderella G2K, music by Richard Rodgers, Books and Lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II. This show, which is a part of “The Getting to Know Series” of uniquely adapted musicals for youth was performed on MainStage March 23-24 at 7 p.m. and 25 at 2 p.m.
