• Ticket sales only account for 62% of our annual income. That means we rely on financial support from individuals, businesses, foundations and arts organizations to carry out our mission in the community.

• Venice Theatre offers a full curriculum of theatre classes taught by professional actors, directors, choreographers and technicians.

• Our Technical Theatre Apprenticeship Program is fully accredited by the Florida Department of Education and provides technical theatre training to high school and college students interested in careers in technical theatre.

• Venice Theatre partners with The Loveland Center, teaching theatre arts to developmentally challenged adults.

• We partner with area schools and after-school programs to provide arts education for their students. Currently we work with Epiphany Cathedral School, Island Village Montessori School, Venice Middle School and The Boys and Girls Clubs.

• Venice Theatre's "Troupe in A Trunk" program travels to local schools and is the first exposure to the arts for more than 9,600 pre-school and elementary students.

• The Silver Foxes, Venice Theatre's senior performance troupe, brings their skits, songs and dances to community centers, church groups and clubs.
