Appointment policies:

• Show rentals must be requested at least 2 weeks in advance.
• Individual rentals must be requested at least 1 week in advance.
• To ensure proper service, we work by appointment only. Venice Theatre staff, donors, outside agents, private individuals, etc. must contact the costume rental department to set an appointment.

• When leaving a message, please be sure to leave your name and number. You will receive a reply within one business day.
• Costume storage is only accessible by the Costume Rental Manager, with a limit of two (2) people per contract permitted in costume storage area at any given time.
• Appointments, as well as costume pick-up and drop off, are available on Tuesday - Thursday, 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
